Digital Services & Online Coaching
All services provided by CourageFitnessNYC are digital and delivered online, including but not limited to coaching programs, training plans, assessments, and ongoing support.
Because of the personalized nature of online coaching and immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final once services have begun.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You request a refund before any coaching services, assessments, or digital materials have been delivered

A technical error results in duplicate or incorrect charges
Once onboarding, program access, or coaching communication has started, refunds will not be issued.
Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
For subscription-based services:
